Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking, and that is completely fine, providing adequate notice is given.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, 48 hours notice is kindly requested. This allows for other patients to be offered earlier appointments and shorten their waiting time.
Less than 24 hours notice will require a deposit of 50% of the value of the appointment in order to hold the next booking.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the value of the missed appointment.
