Hi, I’m Erin

A Naturopath, mum, shoe collector and coffee snob.

Becoming a mum changed my life. Of course, it changed in all the normal ways, but it was the experience of trying to manage my children's health issues that completely changed my path.

We were dealing with everything from food intolerances to sensory issues, anxiety to fussy eating. The usual approaches weren't cutting it and I just knew there was more that could be done. With help from some amazing practitioners and a whole lot of mum research (a worried mother does better research than the FBI!) we found the answers in holistic healthcare. And these answers made a drastic difference - to our health and our lives.

It wasn't long before friends and then friends of friends were asking if I knew where they could find help for their children too. I saw there was a massive gap in the support for children and their families looking to improve their health in a holistic way. And I knew that I could help.

This inspired me to study for a Bachelor of Health Science degree and become a qualified Naturopath.

As I studied for my Naturopathy degree I discovered that I had Lipoedema, a chronic health condition that is under-recognised despite impacting 11% of women. Through doing my own personal trials of herbal and nutritional medicine I have been able to resolve my chronic pain and return to normal activity levels, and I am passionate about helping other women to do the same.

I believe nutrition and food as medicine is the basis of health and love being able to use herbal medicine and flower essences to address the physical and emotional factors preventing health.

I enjoy working with families at all stages, from preconception through to adulthood, to ensure they are living the best version of their life.

I love working with people from all backgrounds and walks of life. I practice size inclusive health supporting people of all body types to achieve their health goals.

My mission:

To educate clients on diet and lifestyle choices. Using herbs, nutrition and food as medicine, I will help them to make lasting changes and live their best lives.

What affects one, affects the other.” –

Meet Max,
the office manager dog.

Max will be working from home due to his habits of licking clients and demanding constant belly rubs.

When I'm not seeing clients or researching treatment plans, I'm busy taking Max for long walks on the beach and attending to that need for belly rubs.
